Electricity network on rural land (new/extension/underground)
Description/purpose:
All new construction, extension or renovation buildings will have the necessary electrical installations for the use or uses to which they are intended, and be connected to the general electricity distribution network or powered by sources that produce their own electricity.
Documentation required:
Application form
Fee payment receipt.
Project drawn up by a competent technician.
Health and Safety study or basic study where applicable.
Building and Demolitions Waste Management.
Fees:
0.25% of the budget at the time of application. (minimum € 68)
3.8% of the budget when the license is granted.
5% of the building waste management budget as a guarantee for that management, with a minimum of €100, according to the road waste and cleaning bylaws.
