Description/purpose: the Occupation Permit is intended to authorize the putting into use of the buildings, after verifying that they have been executed in accordance with the conditions of the permit authorizing the work.
Documentation required:
Application form
Fee payment receipt.
Copy of the Occupancy Certificate.
Copy of the Final Completion Certificate.
Certificates and/or reports from the electricity, water, sewage and/or telecommunications companies confirming that the supply requirements for the building are guaranteed by existing networks and the dwelling has the required connections for the aforementioned networks to be employed.
If not being connected to the municipal network (rural land), the certificate issued by the drafting technician regarding the water supply (drilled, cistern, etc.)
