Description/purpose: The granting of the building license determines the acquisition of the right to build, provided that the project submitted is in accordance with the applicable urban planning.
Documentation required:
Application form
Fee payment receipt.
Copy of the initial license.
If there is a change of ownership, documentation that proves this must be submitted (registration certificate).
Technical certificate of the percentage of the executed work.
Fees: 20% of the value of the license for whose renewal is being applied for (minimum €68).
Adjudicatory body:
Local Government Board (large-scale works in charge). Decree (small-scale works).
