Santa Eulària Help

The Santa Eulària Ajuda service was a pioneer on the island of Eivissa following the declaration of the first State of Alarm by the Spanish Government in response to the pandemic caused by Covid-19. This service, launched by the Santa Eulària Town Council in April 2020, was set up as a specific advisory service for citizens to receive guidance on the different aid offered to citizens by the Consistory, but also by the other supra-municipal administrations.

Santa Eulària Ajuda also accompanies citizens in filling out applications and offers information on what documentation must be provided, how to obtain it and how to present it. Staff specialised in law and administrative matters attend to queries that arrive by email or from the different telephone numbers provided.
